Delivery Schedule To enable us to offer the widest range of products, we will now make each item of jewellery to order. Where the materials required are in stock, we aim to dispatch every order within 6 working days. However, where materials are currently out of stock we will aim to dispatch every order within 10 working days. Whenever an order is made, we will always send an email to the customer to confirm our expected dispatch date. |

Packaging We use two forms of packaging for our products. Presentation boxes are constructed of either black embossed cardboard with a white soft fibre pad, or are blue leatherette with a white satin lining and velvet insert.
The products listed below are automatically shipped in leatherette presentation boxes. All other items are shipped in cardboard presentation boxes, unless otherwise requested.

Standard Postage All jewellery items will be posted within the UK using Royal Mail Recorded (Signed For) delivery with 1st Class postage. All shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of each order. These are automatically calculated in Checkout.
Postage bands are listed below, with appropriate examples:
Up to 60g - £1.67 (e.g. up to 3 pairs of Sterling Silver earrings, or 1 pair of 9ct Gold earrings)
60-100g - £1.85
100-200g - £2.20 (e.g. bracelet in a leatherette presentation box)
200-300g - £2.50
300-400g - £2.85 (e.g. collar necklace in a leatherette presentation box)
400-500g - £3.26
For postage to the USA, Standard Airmail costs range from £2.31 for packages up to 100g, to £6.02 for 500g. Exact costs will be calculated in Checkout. This postage method does not include insurance. |

Special Delivery Royal Mail Special Delivery is optional for all UK purchases, just choose the correct postage option at Checkout. This option includes compensation for loss or damage up to £250. However, please note that choosing this option will not guarantee Next Day delivery - dispatch times will still be dependant on availability of materials.

Orders Over £50.00 All orders with a combined cart value of over £50.00 (exc. postage and packing, and before any discounts) will automatically be delivered by Special Delivery (only available in the UK), at no additional cost above standard Recorded postage for that weight band. |
